WEAscotland, an organisation based in Lumphinnans is holding a free community event at Benarty Centre to highlight the positives and negatives of Fracking through a showing of the BBC Documentary “The War on Fracking” followed by guest speakers which will be a mixture of for and against fracking.

  • How it impacts on our environment?
  • Whether it provides a safe form of energy?
  • Who decides where and how it gets used?
  • Are there incentives and advantages for our communities?

Then come along and watch the BBC’s documentary, “The War on Fracking”. Guest speakers will be on hand to give their perspective, provide more information which is relevant to Fife and Scotland, and to answer questions after the showing.
