Fife Council are continuing to expand their wind turbine plans first proposed by Fife Labour Party under the guidance of Alex Rowley who called for a Moratorium in 2012, with the latest Scoping Opinion requests submitted for several turbines in Lochore, Lochgelly, Lumphinnans and Cowdenbeath.
