I hope that any work in the Public Park includes alleviating the flooding that takes place adjacent to the allotments. This is now a pond that has been there for two months. This should be routine maintenance and not need a new regeneration proposal.

    It would be nice to see the park done up a bit. Please though don’t cut down any more trees. The cherry blossom tree is lovely every single spring. How’s about planting a meadow area with wild plants and flowers as well? It’s a nice park with lovely views and benefits us all.

    The West End park is in real need of a make-over, it looks so bleak during the winter months, and is also prone to flooding. Surely it wouldn’t cost much to plant a few bushes and trees, spruce up the children’s play area, etc?
