Lochgelly Fire Station is the venue for FEAT’s latest half-day training course, Stress Awareness at Work.

The course is a must for anyone experiencing stress at work currently, or for managers supporting staff members with emotional distress.

In these hard times, and with the Government’s spending review announced the day before this session, many more of us are experiencing stress and mental health-related problems.

Learn about techniques to prevent or reduce your stress levels during this session, as well as understanding the signs and symptoms.

The session runs from 9.30 – 12.30 on Thursday 21 October and costs just £25 per person. To reserve your space, or for more information, contact Diane Florence at FEAT on 01592 749880 before registration closes later this week.

About FEAT

Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) was set up in 1994 by a small group of people concerned about the lack of employment opportunities for people in Fife who had experience of mental health problems. Some of this group had personal experience of mental ill health – and were all too aware about the problems of finding a job and the stigma that prevailed. Today, we have over 16 years of experience of directly supporting people with mental health problems to find and sustain work.
