Lochgelly Community
Lochgelly is an ex-mining town within the Kingdom of Fife. Local services are provided by Fife Council and there is a range of community groups within the locality dedicated to improving the well being of the area, and provide facilities, events and opportunities for the community of Lochgelly.
Location
Lochgelly is located between Lochs Ore and Gelly to the north-west and south-east respectively, and is centrally located between Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline. Westwaters Crescent is the highest populated area in Fife.
