Legs 11 for Lochgelly Tae kwon do.
Students from the Lochgelly Tae kwon do school have been enjoying yet more successes, 11 of them took their grading examinations recently under 4th dan examiners Mr. Peter Scott and Mr. Robert MacGregor.
The successful grading students were:
Sister & Brother Amber Louise & Keir Neilson Fernie were promoted to 7th (Yellow with green tips) and 6th (Green belt) respectively
- Promoted to green belt also was Brian Jeffrey (24)
- Promoted to 7th kup (yellow with green tips) were Rudhri McDonald & Ellie Stewart
- Promoted to yellow belt was Ronan McGuire (7)
- Celebrating their first grading with promotion to yellow tips were Michael Martin, Kim Towers, Tamlyn Smith and James Paterson
Their instructor Robert MacGregor, who runs his twice weekly classes at the Lochgelly Town hall, said
The students all did brilliantly. They all worked hard at practicing their movements and knowledge elements and this was obvious at the grading.
Our school is growing well and all our students are working hard and progressing nicely and there is a good spirit throughout the classes.
We hope to have a small contingent at next months MSBA Tae kwon do tournament in Livingston and maybe get a medal or two.
The class currently has 25 fully licensed students and we have the capacity for at least another 5, so beginners are always welcome.
The new “Little Ninjas” classes (for 4 to 7 year olds) started in February and have really taken off! We already have 14 students in regular training with 3 more prospective candidates. Spaces are still available, but possibly not for too much longer so anyone interested should register soon.

One of the site admins, Terry, his nephew attends your class and he totally loves it. Terry has spotted a positive change in him since he started your workshops. Keep up the good work
