The small store was put to appeal on Monday the 7th June, and by the looks of it, this hasn’t went too well. While we believe we should have received notification from Fife Council that the small store had been put in for appeal due to their letter stating;
The applicant has the right of appeal to the Scottish Government against the decision or any conditions attached. If this occurs you will be notified
However, one of our volunteers has received a letter from the Scottish Government (published below), which shows that the appeal hasn’t went as smoothly as planned.
Currently the plans are on hold until the reporter can view the site for themselves on the 8th of July at 10:00am, and this is a perfect opportunity and probably the only opportunity for the local community to put forward their objections or support for this planning development.
